Devin Mena

Devin Mena, the son of an artist, was born and raised in Riverside, CA. From a young age, he pursued art and drew inspiration from his father, ultimately forming an interest in tattooing. His career as a tattoo artist began in 2006 when he turned 18 and started his apprenticeship. That ultimately led to a part-time position doing walk-ins and small tattoos before he eventually landed a full-time job at the well-respected Laguna Tattoo. Devin’s career and mastery evolved during his ten years working alongside talented artists at this studio, earning him a respected name in the industry. His reputation for highly-detailed script and single-needle floral tattoos is sought after by many. He is an artist of many mediums including drawing and painting, and enjoys these creative outlets when he’s not tattooing. Today, Devin spends his time at Vatican Studios in Lake Forest, CA where he is a resident artist and a Bishop family artist
